LOST in Order with Anna and Wendy 
Since you brought it up again in the Alex episode, I checked Pilot pt 2 to see what was up with Charlie. The seat he ends up in is in business class (near Boone and Shannon). The bit where he almost gets hit with the suitcase is in first class, then it immediately cuts to him pulling himself through the doorway between the two sections. You can tell by the seat colors; first class seats are solid tan while business class seats are dark brown with two groups of vertical stripes on them and a little towel thing draped over the top. Chronologically Lost should’ve broken up the Charlie “square” into two pieces 20-30 sec apart.
